Is the SENSIBLE Surrogacy Agency compliant with GDPR?
Yes, we are fully compliant. We don’t store any information about our clients online, nor do we share any personal information about them with any other organization without consent. (Note that if you ask us to arrange clinic procedures, there is an implied consent that we will give them your pertinent medical information.) If you send us information in an email, that information and attachments are processed and warehoused on Gmail servers, and in some instances on Google cloud services.
If you would like to know what information we may have in our records, just ask. If you want the information to be deleted, just send a request.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. If you send us information in an email (including attachments), those emails may be stored on Google Gmail servers. In some cases, we may keep digital copies of files sent to us in DropBox. (Both Google and DropBox are fully compliant with GDPR and have the most advanced data protection services available.) We also keep copies of attachments in our offline files.
What do we use your information for?

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
